Steak

All our steaks are 28 day aged minimum and cut fresh daily. We grill our steaks over mesquite char-coal to your liking and served a loaded baked potato. Add a house salad or a choice of soup to any entree for $1

Chile Crusted Filet	$28
The most tender and lean cut of meat on the market, chile rubbed and seared in a iron skillet accompanied with blue mashed potatoes, fresh asparagus and a port wine demi.
